Courteney Cox (“Monica” in “Friends”), David Arquette, Neve Campbell and other original crews and new actors “Scream 5” (restart version) exposed the first batch of stills.
“Scream 5” is a continuation of this classic horror film and will be released in North America on January 14 next year.
“Ready or Not” two directors Matt Bettinelli-Olpin and Tyler Gillett directed this new film.
James Vanderbilt and Guy Busick wrote the script.
In the 1996 original “Scream”, Neve Campbell played the heroine Sidney Prescott, who became the target of a killer wearing a grimace mask.
This grimace was inspired by Munch’s painting “The Scream”, which later became one of everyone’s favorite costumes for Halloween.
The four films in this series were released in 1996, 1997, 2000 and 2011.
They were directed by Wes Craven and screenplayed by Kevin Williamson, and earned a total of US$608 million in box office worldwide.
