Andrew Garfield, the actor who played Spider-Man in “The Amazing Spider-Man”, was interviewed by the media recently. He said that his favorite is the generation of Spider-Man starring Tobey Maguire.
In the interview video, some people say that Tom Holland is the best of the three generations of Spider-Man. He can play the dual identities of Peter Parker and Spider-Man at the same time very well, but Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield can’t.
In response, Andrew Garfield said, “Brother, that’s your opinion, just stay. Tobey Maguire is my favorite, okay. Because that was my childhood. I think I and my friend Terry McGinnis keep watching Three times the first generation of “Spider-Man” movies, we are very excited, we will read lines to each other.”
In an interview with ET Canada, Andrew Garfield once again praised Tobey Maguire for playing the original Spider-Man, but he also praised Tom Holland and the MCU team.
“This is a very sophisticated way of expression, and I like everyone (played Spiderman).”

Andrew Garfield has acted in two “The Amazing Spider-Man” movies between 2012 and 2014.
Later, the series restarted with Tom Holland as the protagonist.
However, the villains Electro and The Lizard in Andrew Garfield’s “The Amazing Spider-Man” movie will appear in the third “Spider-Man: No Way Home” movie starring Tom Holland.
