“Spider-Man: No Way Home” continues to break through the global market. As of December 22, US time (Wednesday), the film’s global box office reached 814 million U.S. dollars.
It surpassed “007: No Time to Die” and rose to third place in the 2021 global box office list, second only to “Hi, Mom” ($822 million) and “The Battle at Lake Changjin” ($902 million).
“Spider-Man: No Way Home” scored $34.8 million on Wednesday, only a 10% drop from Tuesday.
The new North American Christmas film “Sing 2” ranked second with US$8 million, “The Matrix Resurrections” ranked third with US$6.4 million, and “The King’s Man” only scored US$2.27 million on the first day.
