Amazon’s drama version of “The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power Season 1” has exposed a large number of character posters, and it will be launched on September 2, 2022.
The series was directed by a number of directors including J.A. Bayona (“Jurassic World 2”), and with a total budget of $1 billion, it is one of the most expensive series ever.
Set thousands of years before the events of J. R. R. Tolkien’s The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings, this epic drama series will take audiences back in time.
Forged by mighty power, kingdoms rise brilliantly and fall to dust, unexpected heroes are put to the test, and hope hangs on the thin line.
And Tolkien’s most powerful villain is about to darken all worlds.
“The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power Season 1” begins in a period of relative peace. It focuses on a group of characters – both familiar and unfamiliar – confronting a long-standing fear: the return of evil to Middle-earth.
