The well-received German film “Systemsprenger” in 2019 will be remade for the US version. “System Crasher” will be starring Channing Tatum as the producer and the original director Nora Fingscheidt as the executive producer. MGM has won the film.
Helena Zengel’s performance in the original film is impressive.
“System Crasher” tells the story of a 9-year-old girl who was traumatized as a baby and displayed aggression. She went to many child welfare institutions and was regarded as a “system destroyer” who could not integrate into the social system.
Then she met a caring but tough anger management coach, and an unexpected spiritual bond brought the two together.
The girl finds inner peace by blending in with nature and channeling anger into boxing.
