Jonathan Dayton & Valerie Faris (“Little Miss Sunshine” “Battle of the Sexes”) will direct the new film “The People Upstairs” with Rashida Jones and Will McCormack (“Toy Story 4”) writing the script.
“The People Upstairs” is an English remake of the 2020 Spanish film “Sentimental”, about a middle-aged couple who feel their relationship is stagnant and spend most of their time arguing, and decide to invite a younger and livelier upstairs The couple get together and the result takes an unexpected turn.
