On Friday, Discovery Communications announced the completion of its $43 billion acquisition of WarnerMedia, creating a new company, Warner Bros. Discovery.
It is reported that Toby Emmerich will continue to serve as the head of Warner Bros. Films, in charge of Warner Bros. Films, New Line Cinema, DC Related Films and Warner Animated Films.
