As we reported, “Captain Jack” Johnny Depp has said he won’t be appearing in “Pirates of the Caribbean.” But the latest CBS broadcast of the courtroom shows that Depp is still open to appearing in the series, and has also been asked to write a sixth script.
He told the court: “I don’t quite understand that after my long and successful and cooperative relationship with Disney, I was suddenly brought to court as a criminal, but also proved innocent… In fact, I was asked to work on the script for ‘Pirates of the Caribbean 6’.”

“I think there needs to be a good way for these characters to say goodbye, and it should end well. This IP has been going on for so many years, and there will be a good way to end it. I think that’s what the characters deserve… Nice chapter to end. I still have plans to go on before it’s supposed to end.”
In addition, on the change.org petition website abroad, more than 300,000 people have already begged Depp to return to star in “Pirates of the Caribbean”.
