“Doctor Who” announced Yasmin Finney (“Heartstopper”) as a character named Rose.
The return of Russell T Davies as the operator throws the suspense: “How can there be another Rose?” He is naturally referring to Rose Tyler, previously played by Billie Piper.

But what happened to the “two” Roses, Davies didn’t give an answer. Her part is about to start filming and will be broadcast next year.
A day earlier, the show announced that “The 10th Doctor” David Tennant, who had teamed up with Rose Tyler, and one of his partners, “Donna” Catherine Tate, would be returning for a new season.
