Searchlight has won the distribution rights to the dark comedy Nightbitch starring Amy Adams.
Nightbitch is based on the novel of the same name by Rachel Yoder and tells the “ridiculous and savage truth of being a mother”.
A woman was originally an artist. After giving birth to her son, she suddenly became a housewife and lived at home.
She became increasingly anxious, convinced that she might turn into a dog.
