Kristen Stewart and Anna Baryshnikov star in the romance ‘Love Lies Bleeding’, directed by Rose Glass (‘Saint Maud’) and produced by A24 and Film4.
Glass and Weronika Tofilska (‘His Dark Materials’) wrote the script, which focuses on the extreme qualities needed to succeed in the competitive world of bodybuilding, examining a romantic love story driven by ego, desire, and the American dream.
The protagonist of the film is a female bodybuilder and Stewart plays the role of her protective lover.
