NBC announced a new dinosaur & prehistoric Earth documentary series ‘Surviving Earth’, by the BBC critically acclaimed documentary series ‘Walking with Dinosaurs’ creator Tim Haines’s production company and Universal Television Division’s Alternative Studio teamed up It tells the story of how life survived and prospered in a prehistoric world of intense change and disaster.
Surviving Earth’ will allegedly use high-end electronic technology to restore the landforms, creatures and big events of the time, such as meteorite falls, super volcanic eruptions, ocean boiling, earth movements …… 8 episodes in total, 1 hour per episode.
