A24’s hit new film ‘Everything Everywhere All at Once’ has been announced to be re-released in Northern America.
This wave of re-releases is scheduled to hit theaters starting July 29, and is an extended version with an extra 8 minutes of unused footage from the main film.
The film, starring Michelle Yeoh and directed by Dan Kwan& Daniel Scheinert, has been released in Northern America on March 25.
‘Everything Everywhere All at Once’ is considered the box office dark horse of the year for art house films, currently grossing $67.95 million in Northern America and nearly $94 million worldwide, making it the top grossing film of all A24 releases.
A24 also plans to promote ‘Everything Everywhere All at Once’ to make a difference in this year’s Oscar season.
The film tells the story of a middle-aged Chinese American woman who is suddenly told by her husband (from another universe) that there are many universes and many “shes” in the world, and that the fate of these “shes” is connected, and that the fate of these many universes is now in the hands of this “she”. Now in the hands of this “she”.
