The biopic ‘Ferrari’, which tells the life story of Ferrari’s founder Enzo Ferrari, has a new development. Sarah Gadon, Jack O’Connell, and Patrick Dempsey will all be involved in the film.
And with the previously confirmed Adam Driver, Penélope Cruz, Shailene Woodley and others, the film’s cast has been largely determined.
As a big production film, the preparation of this film can be said to be a long time. As early as 2002, Michael Mann was ready to bring the film to the screen. However, the project was delayed for 20 years for various reasons.
The film is based on the book ‘Enzo Ferrari – The Man and the Machine’ written by Brock Yates. Yates has spent years interviewing more than 100 people who worked with Ferrari, uncovering a wealth of details about the lives and history of the early days of Ferrari and Bugatti, Maserati, Alfa Romeo and Porsche.
Enzo Ferrari created the vast Ferrari empire, making it one of the most prestigious car brands in the world.
He was known as the “father of motor racing” for his unpredictable nature and pursuit of extreme speed, winning nine Formula One championships and 14 Le Mans 24-hour races during his lifetime.
He was a man who enjoyed a life that was the envy of all, and wowed the world with his “Ferrari red”. His name has become a symbol of speed, status and wealth.
At present, the film is expected to open in August, the release time is not yet determined.
