The trailer of the new film “The Power of the Dog” starring Benedict Cumberbatch.
“The Power of the Dog” is directed by Jane Campion (“the piano” and “Bright Star”), co-starring Kirsten Dunst and Jesse Plemons.
The film has been shortlisted for the official units of this year’s Venice Film Festival, Toronto Film Festival, and New York Film Festival. It will be released in North America on November 17 and Netflix will be launched on December 1.
“The Power of the Dog” tells that Phil Burbank, the rancher played by Benny, is very charming, but the people around him are always respectful and afraid of him.
His brother took his newlyweds and stepsons home with him. Phil initially made things difficult for them, but slowly realized that he was also capable of loving others.
“The Power of the Dog” will be released in North America on November 17 and Netflix will be launched on December 1.
