Amazon’s massively expensive series ‘The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power’ went live last week with 25 million first-day viewers, but the word of mouth was so bad that even tech mogul Elon Reeve Musk couldn’t stand it and tweeted, “Tolkien (the original author) is turning in his grave!”
‘The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power’ currently has an IMDb rating of 6.8 on Amazon (112,000 people scored), a Rotten Tomatoes popcorn index of 39%, and an average MTC user score of 2.5.
Elon Reeve Musk added that he especially dislikes the show’s male characters, “So far, almost every male character has been a coward or a jerk or both. Only Galadriel (the Faerie Queen) is brave, smart and kind.”
It is worth mentioning that Elon Reeve Musk and Amazon founder Jeff Bezos do not deal with each other.
