Deadline reports that Ezra Miller, 29, who rose to fame playing the role of “The Flash,” was sued again today.
The parents of an 18-year-old named Tokata reportedly filed papers asking a judge to issue a protective order against Ezra on behalf of their child.
In the documents, Tokata’s parents allege that “Ezra used ‘violence, intimidation, threats, fear, paranoia, delusions, alcohol, and drugs’ to control the young Tokata.”
Tokata’s parents allege that Ezra provided alcohol, banned substances to their child after he allegedly met with Ezra in North Dakota when Tokata was 12 years old.
A hearing in the case will be held in July.
