George R. R. Martin Says New Book ‘The Winds of Winter’ Ends Different From TV Series, Who dies and Who Lives Is Uncertain

According to media reports, George Raymond Richard Martin on his blog to ‘A Song of Ice and Fire’ series of novels in the new book ‘The Winds of Winter’ content to further explain.

After the final season of the adaptation of the series ‘Game of Thrones’ ended, George Raymond Richard Martin was asked in a number of interviews: Will the ending of the novel ‘A Song of Ice and Fire’ be the same as the ending of the series ‘Game of Thrones’?

In response George Raymond Richard Martin said this will not happen.

Martin said his story for ‘The Winds of Winter’ is taking him “further and further away from the TV series, and the rest of ‘The Winds of Winter’ will be “completely different” from the content of the TV series.

Martin even said bluntly: “Not all characters who live to the end of ‘Game of Thrones’ episodes live to the end of ‘A Song of Ice and Fire’, and not all characters who die in ‘Game of Thrones’ will die in ‘A Song of Ice and Fire “.

On the recent status of the new book, Martin said he is writing a chapter on Tyrion Lannister.

Also because the novels are much larger and more complex than the episodic series in terms of worldview setting and scale, certain things that happen on the HBO series will not happen in the books, and vice versa.

Also in the new book there will be important characters who have never officially appeared before.

‘The Winds of Winter’ is the sixth of seven books in the ‘A Song of Ice and Fire’ series yet to be published, long after the last novel ‘A Dance with Dragons’ (published in 2011).

After ‘The Winds of Winter’ there is another book ‘A Dream of Spring’.
