“Guardians of the Galaxy” series director James Gunn recently tweeted about the progress of “Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3” and responded to netizens’ request to “replace Chris Pratt”, saying: “Star-Lord will not be replaced by Pratt. outsiders.”
“Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3” will wrap up in the near future and will be released in Northern America on May 5, 2023.
Some netizens said they hoped that Marvel would replace Pratt, and suggested that Patrick Wilson could play the role.
Gunn replied to the tweet: “Because of what? Because of your fabricated, totally false claims, because of some of the rumours people told you about him? Chris Pratt as Star-Lord will never be replaced. Dropped, but if he gets replaced then we’ll go with him.”
