Veteran British comedian Leslie Phillips has died at the age of 98 after a long illness.
He was the voice of ‘Sorting Hat’ in the ‘Harry Potter’ films, as well as appearing in such dramas as the well-known comedy series ‘Carry On’, ‘Doctor’ and ‘Venus’, etc. During his lifetime, he appeared in more than 200 films, television and radio broadcasts, and his voice was particularly impressive.
