Henry Cavill is a loyal fan of the “The Witcher” series of novels and games, and he showcases his knowledge in various ways.
Recently, his interview was published in Polish magazines. He said that he secretly joined some dialogues that were not in the script and did not tell anyone who participated in the play.
Henry Cavill was described by the crew as “The Witcher Bible”.
He explained that there is a scene in the novel where Geralt loses consciousness and encounters the incarnation of death in his phantom dream.
Henry Cavill said, “Then, the beautiful words about walking through grass and thick fog came out.”
He added this sentence to Geralt’s lines in the second season of “The Witcher” so that he can bring this sentence he likes into the play.

When he finished speaking this line in front of the camera, he thought that someone would yell at his improvisation, but no one seemed to react, and he didn’t know that this sentence was not in the script.
Probably because Henry Cavill is regarded as an expert on “The Witcher” and its original work, he has more leeway than other actors.
Because his fans and those around him may realize that when he adds lines like this on his own, he can fit into the tone of the show well.
