James Wan horror film ‘The Conjuring‎’ prototype house sold for $1.525 million, new owner will use it to study paranormal

The classic horror film ‘The Conjuring‎’ directed by James Wan in 2013 is believed to have impressed many horror film fans to this day. The film tells the story of the Perron family’s 1971 move into a house they had been dreaming of, on the idyllic Rhode Island with beautiful scenery.

According to media reports, its original house in Rhode Island, USA, recently changed hands at a high price, and the new owner said that he would continue to study the “spiritual” cause.
