Recently, Karl Urban, who plays Butcher in ‘The Boys’, talked about his character and the experience of “Hughie” Jack Quaid being scared during filming in an interview. He said the story took place during the filming of a scene about a whale in the third episode of Season 2, when ‘The Boys’ were driving a speedboat at sea to escape the pursuit of the Seven.
Karl Urban said, “The whale scene was probably one of the craziest scenes I’ve ever shot in my career, I was literally driving a speedboat and it was stormy, the weather was terrible and I had to drive fast. Poor Hughie had never been in a speedboat before, and he was so scared that his face went white and he even yelled my name, but I didn’t hear him at the time, and he had to hold on until the very end when we finished our escape.”
Karl Urban also revealed that production on ‘The Boys’ Season 4 will begin on August 22: “Oi~ I can’t wait to put on my Butcher battle suit, we have a fun team working hard and having fun at the same time, and I’m looking forward to what our characters will do in the future.”
