Recently being hot Marvel ‘Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania’ (‘Ant-Man 3’)many fans should have seen, earlier I also talked about some of the settings in the movie.
(The following content has some spoilers)
In the film now in theaters, the ending is Kang the Conqueror was parallel universes ship’s core sucked in, life and death is currently unknown.
And Ant-Man Scott Lang and 2 generations of Wasp Hope is ultimately Cassie restarted their own research and development device to open the dimensional wormhole to allow them to return to the reality dimension.
This is the ending in the main movie.
In early spoiler rumors, the final ending is set to Kang the Conqueror escaped the quantum dimension, while Ant-Man Scott Lang was sent away after the others, trying to stall Kang the Conqueror plan failed, he was trapped in the quantum dimension for the second time.
In the reality dimension, Cassie seems to be trying to rescue her father in front of the screen, but because of what she saw, her eyes suddenly widened and the movie ended here.
In contrast, the 2 endings of the main film are set to differ significantly, which I originally thought was the rumored “wrong” part.
But recently it seems that some fans who attended the initial screening on the Internet also mentioned this matter on social media platforms, saying that the content of the movie at the initial screening was ‘Ant-Man is trapped in the quantum dimension again’!
And there are more than one or two people saying similar things, and at the same time, these fans’ revelations are also to a certain extent validated by the rumors that ‘Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania’ seems to have been a tragic ending to the setting.
So, no surprise – it was a month before the film’s release, Marvel eventually chose to change the final ending of the movie, so that the film from a more tragic ending into a classic Marvel-style family-friendly ending.
In fact, from the comments of many fans, it can be seen that many people seem to prefer the setting of the tragic ending of the screening.
This is the same as the end of the year ‘Avengers: Infinity War’, Avengers fell into an unprecedented crisis, suffered a Waterloo.
This in fact, to a large extent to create a very sufficient to see the atmosphere for the story that follows, but Marvel in changing the setting of the end of this is actually understandable from another perspective.
Why do you say that?
Analogous to the year ‘Avengers: Infinity War’ movie, when Marvel set the Avengers failed tragic ending, in fact, to undertake the ‘Avengers: Endgame’ final chapter of the plot in the middle of the plot is not too spaced a lot.
In fact, ‘Avengers: Infinity War’ is immediately followed by the ‘Avengers: Endgame’ storyline.
But now the ‘Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania’ movie is essentially a tool-man movie, used to draw out the crisis of ‘Kang the Conqueror’.
But apparently now this crisis has not yet fully brewed open, if this will Ant-Man trapped in the quantum dimension, the subsequent series of film interval plot, time will be a little long!
And based on the middle Marvel multi-part release, the sense of atmosphere that can be created before and after will be greatly weakened.
Therefore, instead of this, it is better to let Ant-Man “free” out, and in the plot setting, Ant-Man daughter research subatomic space version of Harper detector, enough to instantly locate the location of Ant-Man in the quantum dimension, and reverse the opening of the dimensional wormhole to let it out.
Then again, with this technology can fully follow the model of Dr. Hank Pym to save the first generation of Wasp Janet, to bring out Ant-Man and others.
In this way, the “sense of crisis” created when setting up this Ant-Man trapped in the quantum dimension is a completely sick sense of sight.
So, this is why I say that Marvel change the ending itself is also inexcusable.
At the same time, the change in the ending set may also be in a way to better lead to the “Kang Council” which brings together more “Kang” variants of the organization, for the subsequent ‘The Avengers: The Kang Dynasty’ and even ‘The Avengers: Secret Wars’ bigger layout to do the pavement.
What do you think?
