In a recent interview, “Top Gun: Maverick” star Tom Cruise was asked if the film will be released on streaming platforms? Tom Cruise immediately said, “This kind of thing is absolutely impossible!”
“It’s never going to happen, absolutely not,” Tom Cruise said in an interview at the Cannes Film Festival premiere.

Then he said: “I make movies for the big screen, I enjoy it, and I will dress up and go to the cinema and watch it with the audience!”
The release of the movie has been delayed several times due to the pandemic.
