When did the story of “Eternals” take place after “Avengers: Endgame”?

The latest “Eternals” trailer answers many questions from fans, such as why the Eternals did not stop Thanos’ behavior and so on.

But fans still have many unanswered questions. One of them is when did the story of “Eternals” happen?

Obviously, the timeline of “Eternals” is after “Avengers: Endgame”, but when is it?

In an interview with Empire magazine, Marvel producer Nate Moore answered this question.

Nate Moore stated that the story of “Eternals” took place in “Similar time period as Spider-Man: Far From Home, the world recovered from Thanos’ attack, and half of the world’s population returned.”

“The script of the movie is designed to deal with this problem. We have a very clear reason why the Eternal Race did not participate in the battle with Thanos.”

According to Nate Moore, the answer they finally got was related to a philosophical question the movie asked the audience: “Is human nature good, evil, or somewhere in between?”

Everyone knows that the story of Spider-Man: Far From Home took place 8 months after the end of the final battle, so the story of “Eternals” probably happened during this time.
