The remake of the popular Swedish comedy film ‘A Man Called Ove’, the American version of ‘A Man Called Otto’, has changed its schedule from December 25 this year to December 14 Northern America release.
Titled “A Man Called Otto”, the film stars Tom Hanks, directed by Marc Forster (“World War Z” “The Kite Runner” “Finding Neverland”), and written by David Magee (“Life of Pi”).
‘A Man Called Otto’ is based on the popular novel of the same name by Fredrik Backman, it follows Otto, a strict, grumpy widower who keeps his neighbors in line with his firm rules.
But when one day Otto decides to end his life, he forms new friendships with his neighbors, prompting him to undergo a transformation.
