Claire Foy, Paul Bettany and Julia Davis have released a new trailer for the hit drama “A Very British Scandal”, which will be available on Amazon on April 22.
“A Very British Scandal Season 1”, which began airing on the BBC on December 26 last year, focuses on one of the most notorious cases of the 20th century – the divorce of the Duke and Duchess of Argyll, Prentice Margaret Prentice Campbell.

She gained notoriety for being accused of forgery, theft, violence, drugs, secret recordings, bribery and an explicit Polaroid photo.
The story will focus on how the Duchess resisted silence and stood tall with bravery and tenacity when she was betrayed by friends and publicly humiliated by a society that rejoiced in her depravity.
Sarah Phelps (“And Then There Were None” “The ABC Murders”) wrote the script, and it was directed by Anne Sewitsky (“Ice”).
“A Very British Scandal Season 1” has 3 episodes of one hour each.
