Chris Pine and Thandiwe Newton’s espionage action-thriller “All The Old Knives” has announced a release date: April 8 this year on Amazon’s Prime Video and in limited theaters in the United States.
Laurence Fishburne and Jonathan Pryce also star, and Janus Metz (“ZeroZeroZero” “True Detective”) directed and wrote the screenplay, based on the novel of the same name by Olen Steinhauer.

In the seaside town of Carmel, ex-lover Henry and Celia, who are also (ex) spies, meet at dinner and reminisce about the time when they were on a mission in Vienna.
The topic inevitably involved the disastrous hijacking of Royal Jordanian Flight 127, in which no one was spared. That failure still haunts the CIA to this day.
Henry came to Carmel this time to turn over this unbearable chapter. And among the moves and flirting between the two of you, apparently only one of them can survive this meal.
