Anne Hathaway will star in the new AmazonPrimeVideo film ‘The Idea of You’, with the latest director set: Michael Showalter, who directed ‘The Big Sick’ and ‘The Eyes of Tammy Faye’.
The Idea of You’ is based on Robinne Lee’s novel of the same name, which tells the story of a sister who falls in love with the lead singer of the next superstar boy band.
The film is scheduled to start shooting in October and is described as “focusing on Sophie, a 40-year-old divorced woman with a daughter, whose husband Dan left her for another younger woman and cancelled a trip to Coachella with her 15-year-old daughter.
For this reason Sophie had to go up top to be with her daughter and endure the crowds of Coachella and the desert heat.
There she met 24-year-old Hayes Campbell – the lead singer of August Moon, the most popular boy band on the planet”.
