Apple’s new series “Wool” starring Rebecca Ferguson and Tim Robbins has wrapped in London on May 20

Apple’s new drama “Wool” starring Rebecca Ferguson, Tim Robbins, Rashida Jones, David Oyelowo, Common, etc. has been completed in London on May 20, after 8 months of filming, and is expected to be launched at the end of this year or early next year.

“Wool” is directed by Morten Tyldum (“The Imitation Game” “Passengers‎”), with Graham Yost (“Justified” “Band of Brothers”) running the 10-episode series.

“Wool” is based on the best-selling science fiction series of the same name by Hugh Howey and is set in a destroyed, toxic future.

There is a community in a huge underground silo hundreds of stories deep, where men and women live in a society full of rules and regulations, where everything to do with “getting out” becomes a deadly taboo.

Ferguson plays Juliette, an independent and hardworking engineer who also serves as an executive producer.

Robbins plays IT executive Bernard, who joins Juliette’s team.

Oyelowo plays Sheriff Holston and Jones plays his wife Allison, who works in the IT department.

Common plays Sims, the head of Justice and Security.
