Superhero movies seem to have begun to make movie fans a little bit aesthetically tired. The almost identical routines make people uninterested, and they can only rely on exaggerated special effects to lift their spirits.
In an interview recently, Ridley Scott, who has directed famous movies such as “The Martian” and “Blade Runner”, publicly commented on superhero movies, calling such movies “boring like shit.”
Ridley Scott said in an interview about related movies: “Almost all the best movies are driven by characters. If you want, we will talk about superheroes after this because I will smash it. They are as boring as shit… …Their script is not good at all.”
He also said that most superhero movies are saved by special effects, and even those who make special effects find it very boring.
Ridley Scott has two new films this year, namely “The Last Duel” and “The House of Gucci”, while the “Gladiator 2” script has been completed.
