The 2018 comedy “Book Club” has announced a sequel. The former starring Jane Fonda, Diane Keaton, Mary Steenburgen and Candice Bergen have all returned. The film has now started shooting and the first stills have been exposed.
The first part tells the romance of four elderly girlfriends in their 60s who are in love for the Nth time after reading “Fifty Shades Darker”.
The sequel also includes the return of the first director Bill Holderman, Holderman & Erin Simms as writers and actors Andy Garcia, Don Johnson, Craig T. Nelson, etc., Giancarlo Giannini, Hugh Quarshie, Vincent Riotta are newly joined.
This time the story is set in Italy, and the sisters embark on an unforgettable trip to an exotic country.
