On April 2, local time, actor Daniel Craig, who once played 007, was diagnosed with the new crown. He and Ruth Negga starred in the Broadway play “Macbeth” announced the cancellation of two performances on the day.
It is reported that Craig was tested for the new crown after feeling unwell, and the result was positive.
The Broadway play “Macbeth” just started previews on March 29, and was originally scheduled to premiere on April 28 for a total of 15 weeks.
Directed by Tony Award winner Sam Gold and produced by James Bond filmmakers Barbara Broccoli and Michael G. Wilson, the stage production tells the story of the classic Shakespeare play “Macbeth”.
Currently, Daniel Craig has left 007, and his latest film project is “Knives Out 2”. In the film, he will continue to play detective Benoit Blanc.
With the exception of the detective, played by Daniel Craig, the other characters will be replaced, which means the film will follow the pattern of Christie’s Poirot detective story.
“Knives Out 2” was originally scheduled to begin filming in Greece on June 28, with an undetermined release date.
