According to insider Daniel Richtman, Warner Bros. and DC are recruiting a black actor to star in the new show “Constantine”.
The play will officially start production in the second quarter of 2022.
The screenwriter of the play is writer Guy Bolton, and the play will revolve around the young Constantine. The plot will be linked to J.J. Abrams’ “Dark Justice League”.
According to Daniel, the tentative title of the film is “Dark Justice League: Constantine” and it will be broadcast on HBO Max.
In addition, Daniel revealed that the series will focus on the depiction of horror elements rather than the religious elements of previous works.
