2018’s critically acclaimed animated film “Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse” released the first trailer for its sequel in early December.
The sequel, tentatively titled “Spider-Man: Across The Spider-Verse”, will go to multiple Spider-Man universes and will be divided into two episodes.
The producer of “Spider-Man: Across The Spider-Verse (Part One)” recently revealed that each Spider-Man universe will have a different style of painting, like it was drawn by a different artist.
Producer Christopher Miller said the sequel was ambitious: “We didn’t want to repeat the action of the first one, but the idea of going to a different dimension opens up new opportunities for artistic creation, where each world has its own painting. The wind makes each dimension feel like it came from a different artist.”
It’s hard to do and do well, he said, and they need to develop something new, but that’s what motivates the sequel.
