Last week, some media confirmed that the “Cowboy Bebop” live-action series was cut by Netflix.
The show was broadcast on November 19. Although the premiere of “Cowboy Bebop” attracted 74 million views and is one of the top ten programs with the highest ratings, it has received a lot of negative reviews from the media and viewers.
This led to the show’s declining volume soon after a few weeks of airing.
Netflix also relentlessly announced the cancellation of this series, which made the first season of the “Cowboy Bebop” live-action series the only season.
Currently, on the change.org website, the petition for the restart of the “Cowboy Bebop” live-action series is collecting thousands of signatures.

There are now 2,800 signatures on the website, and the number of signatures is still rising.
Fans called on Netflix to continue to produce this series, and hope that Netflix will give this series another chance to impress the audience.
Of course, there are also audiences celebrating that the series was cut off.
These audiences feel that the live-action drama is quite different from the original “Cowboy Bebop” comic, and even some petition fans agree with this.
But they feel that even so, the live-action script of “Cowboy Bebop” can still be released for another season, so that it will not be ruthlessly cut off after only one season.
According to the person who initially revealed the news that “Cowboy Bebop” was axed, this was because the number of viewers of the episode dropped sharply after the first week.
But all this shows that Netflix only cares about the short-term effects of the works.
This shows that any future Netflix series must achieve breakthrough success immediately before IP can continue.
It sounds cruel, but Netflix doesn’t do it all the time.
