Andrew Garfield and Zendaya chatted for half an hour on “Variety’s” “Actors on Actors” conversation, filled with laughter.
The two, who worked together on “Spider-Man: No Way Home,” recalled their experience of shooting the film, saying that the first scene was very emotional, followed by a silly, happy one (Tobey’s little arm & a nervous Tom Holland).
Garfield also said he loved Zendaya’s “Euphoria” and her portrayal, especially in Season 2, episode 5, “one of the best performances I’ve seen in a while. …… I thought, ‘Are you okay? How do you make sure you’re okay when you’re acting?”
The two also discussed Garfield’s “Under the Banner of Heaven” and other episodes of the show.
