According to Deadline, development of the “GT Racing” adaptation is in the early stages, and Sony Pictures and PlayStation Productions are looking for a director for the adaptation.
The two companies are reportedly considering Neill Blomkamp, co-writer and director of the 2009 sci-fi film “District 9”, to direct the project.
Sony Pictures Entertainment CEO Tony Vinciquerra has previously confirmed that three PlayStation-based games are in development.
The three TV adaptations are “God of War”, “Horizon Zero Dawn” and “GT Racing”.
“GT Racing” is a racing game developed by SCEJ’s famous producer Yamauchi Kazuno. It was founded in 1997. This game is a racing game developed by POLYPHONY DIGITAL.
No matter from the game screen, the track when operating and driving, the number of cars, and the realism, the system is as perfect as possible. The collection has sold over 90 million units worldwide.
