The live-action series “Halo”, executive produced by Spielberg, will begin airing on March 24 and has been renewed for a second season.
According to Variety, the first season of “Halo” has a budget of $10 million per episode, with a total cost of about $90 million for the nine episodes.
If this news is true, the per-episode cost of the “Halo” series will be comparable to HBO’s “Game of Thrones,” which also cost about $10 million per episode in the early seasons.

At around $25 million per episode, Disney+’s Marvel shows are also the most expensive TV productions.
IGN previously gave the “Halo” series a 7 out of 10, arguing that although the series failed to perfectly restore the game in terms of special effects and action scenes, the first episode successfully completed a compelling narrative, opening an independent The story of the game’s plot.
