Henry Czerny (‘Mission: Impossible’ ‘Vengeance’) joins the hit horror series ‘Scream 6’ in an undisclosed role.
Part 5 survivors Melissa Barrera, Jasmin Savoy Brown, Mason Gooding and Jenna Ortega continue to star, with director Matt Bettinelli-Olpin& Tyler Gillett and screenwriter James Vanderbilt& Guy Busick also return.
Hayden Panettiere returns as her character Kirby in Part 4, with Dermot Mulroney, Jack Champion, Liana Liberato, Devyn Nekoda and Josh Segarra newly added to the cast, opening in the summer and Northern America on March 31 next year Release.
‘Scream 5’ was released in January this year and performed well at the box office, with $81 million in Northern America and a cumulative total of over 140 million worldwide.
The film follows 25 years after a string of brutal murders rocked the quiet town of Woodsboro, a new killer dons a ghostly mask and targets a group of teenagers to recover the secrets of the town’s deadly past.
Part 6 tells the story of the four young men who survived a fierce encounter with the Ghostface Killer and left the town of Woodsboro to begin a new chapter.
