Allison Williams starring in the horror thriller “M3GAN” is set for release in North America on January 13 next year, the same day as Sony’s “Kraven the Hunter”.
“M3GAN” tells the story of the heroine Gemma, a talented roboticist who uses artificial intelligence to create a lifelike doll, M3GAN, intended to be a child’s best friend and parent’s right-hand man.
After accidentally gaining custody of her orphaned niece, she uses the M3GAN prototype to assist, but the decision has unimaginable consequences.
Allison Williams is partnering with Blumhouse/Universal Re, the producers of “Get Out,” with James Wan producing, Gerard Johnstone (“Housebound”) directing, and Akela Cooper (“Hell Fest” “The Nun 2”) writing the script.
