DreamWorks Pictures hit animated series ‘How to Train Your Dragon’ announced a live-action movie, Universal is already in operation, and is scheduled for a Northern America release on March 14, 2025.
The original director Dean DeBlois returned to direct, write and produce, and casting is underway.
‘How to Train Your Dragon’ is adapted from the book of the same name by Cressida Cowell, with three animated films, released in 2010, 2014 and 2019, all of which were nominated for the Academy Award for Best Animated Feature and have accumulated more than $1.6 billion at the global box office.
