“Irma Vep” releases Official Teaser, based on the 1996 film of the same name by Olivier Assayas and starring Maggie Cheung.
The limited series revolves around American movie star Mira, who is disillusioned by her career problems and her recent breakup.
Mira travels to France for the role of Irma Vep in the remake of the classic French silent film The Vampire.
Over the course of the filming of this crime thriller, Mira gradually finds the distinction between herself and her character blurring.
“Irma Vep” will reveal to us the blurred areas between fiction and reality, technique and reality, art and life.
