“Bubble” will hit Netflix on April 28 and in Japanese theaters on May 13.
The film was produced by WIT Studio. Singer Riria was the voice actor for the first time, playing the protagonist Uta and singing the ending song. Other voice actors include Jun Shison, Mamoru Miyano, Yûki Kaji, Tasuku Hatanaka, etc.
The film tells the story of a boy and a girl who fall in love with each other in Tokyo, where gravity is no longer there.
A rain of bubbles fell all over the world, the laws of gravity collapsed, and Tokyo was completely cut off from the outside world, becoming a playground for a group of young orphans.
Everyone is here in groups, jumping through various buildings, and performing parkour battles.
Hibiki, a young player who made a name for himself with a dangerous game style, accidentally stumbled one day and fell into the sea of twisting gravity. Fortunately, he was rescued by Uta, a girl with mysterious power.
The two meet and uncover the truth that can change the world.
