Jude Law to star in new “Star Wars” spin-off TV series “Star Wars: Skeleton Crew”

Jude Law will star in the newly announced “Star Wars” spinoff “Star Wars: Skeleton Crew”.

The series is produced by the new “Spider-Man” trilogy director Jon Watts and “Spider-Man: Homecoming‎” screenwriter Christopher Ford, with Jon Favreau and other executive producers.

“Star Wars: Skeleton Crew” is set in the era of the New Republic and follows a group of kids lost in the Star Wars galaxy trying to find their way home.

The series will start filming this summer and air next year.
