South Korean actor Seo-Joon Park was recently interviewed by British media about his role in the new Marvel movie “The Marvels”.
At present, he has finished the filming of the film, and when it comes to receiving the invitation, he expresses that he can’t believe it.
Seo-Joon Park said in an interview, “I couldn’t believe it when I heard that the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) wanted me to play a role and wanted to talk to me.”
Seo-Joon Park, who has been trying various roles since he became an actor, said that he is not a person who is afraid of challenges.
“Whether the film is made in Korea or overseas, it’s a new challenge for me, so it was a bit of a burden at first. But everyone was very helpful and welcomed me, so I could get used to it quickly.”
Due to confidentiality, he also smiled and said frankly: “I have to answer questions about Marvel carefully.”
Seo-Joon Park also said in the interview that although Korean movies and TV dramas have reached the world level, their value has not been properly evaluated, and they are like hidden gems.
He said, “Korea has put a lot of effort and time into producing high-quality films and series, but this (in the world market) is like a hidden gem that doesn’t get much attention. I want to promote Korea further. Good movies and TV series. I’m proud to be able to contribute to the K-Contents craze.”
