Actress Lena Headey, who played the role of Cersei Lannister in “Game of Thrones”, has plans for a new film.
It is understood that the actress will pick up the guide tube for a thriller called “Violet,” which will also be Lena Headey’s directorial debut.
“Violet” is adapted from SJI Holliday’s best-selling novel, and tells the story of two women who travel alone and meet each other and embark on their journey together.
But gradually something came to light—these were not what they claimed to be.
Lena Headey is a British actress whose career goal was to be a hairdresser, but as a teenager she dabbled in theatre.
During a performance at the National Theater, a scout found her, and she quickly became the darling of the film and television industry.
In 2011, her performance in “Game of Thrones” earned her a Best Actress nomination at the 38th Saturn Awards.
She has since starred in “The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones” and the R-rated sci-fi thriller “The Purge”.
In March 2014, “300: Rise of an Empire” was released, with Lena Headey reprising her role as the Queen of Sparta.
Currently, there are no specific shooting arrangements for “Violet”.
However, according to the media, this will be a mashup of “The Talented Mr. Ripley”, “Single White Female” and “Killing Eve”.
