According to foreign media reports, Kristen Stewart will star in the romance film “Love Lies Bleeding” directed by Rose Glass (“Saint Maud”) and produced by A24 and Film4.
Written by Glass and Weronika Tofilska (“His Dark Materials”), “Love Lies Bleeding” focuses on the extreme qualities needed to succeed in the competitive world of bodybuilding.
The protagonist of the film is a female bodybuilder, and Stewart plays the lover who protects her.
Stewart starred in David Cronenberg’s new thriller “Crimes of the Future” with Léa Seydoux and Viggo Mortensen, which just premiered at the Cannes Film Festival.
