The animated film “Suzume no Tojimari” directed by Japanese director Makoto Shinkai has revealed new posters, stills, and announced that the film will be released in Japan on November 11.
The first trailer for “Suzume no Tojimari” will be released tomorrow night.
The film is a road movie set in ruins all over Japan. It tells the story of Suzume, a 17-year-old girl, who meets a young man who sets out on a journey in search of a “door”.
Following in the footsteps of the youth, Suzume came to a ruined place on the mountain, where an ancient door stood quietly, as if it was the only remnant left in the collapse.

Before long, doors across Japan began to open one by one. It is said that the open door must be closed, or disaster will come to the world from the other side of the door.
Guided by the mysterious door, Suzume embarks on a journey of closing the door.
